Roskachestvo: 30% of Russian champagne is sweet soda
Before the New Year Roskachestvo explored Russian champagne which will be on the tables of almost every family. It was found that some brands have a number of shortcomings.
“According to the results of consumer tests, there are both natural sparkling wines and carbonated cheap analogues on the shelves. Approximately 30% of cases, the consumer runs the risk of not buy a real wine, and the sweet carbonated drink, which at the same time meets all the safety requirements”, – reported in Roskachestve.
Champagne was checked on 30 indicators of quality and safety, including the availability of artificial aeration, yeast, mass fraction of alcohol, citric acid content and added sugars.
