The Saudi Arabia holds 116,8 billion dollars in USA state debt and as it was announced in Treasury Department it tended to diminish. So as of January this rate has diminished by 6%. We can say that Saudi Arabia holds a course for sovereignization of its reserves, they are gradually deriving money from American finance system.
116 billion dollars is not a big amount, but not small either. Its derivation from American securities is able to start dollar shaking only in the case if it happens during short period of time and it is not happening now. If Saudi Arabia decided to derive money they will make it gradually according to agreement with the USA.
During last month Russia has put up 5 million dollars in American state bonds raising joint injections of Russian reserves into US debt up to 100 billion.
