The Government meeting of the Imperial Throne on February 24, 2015
The agenda of the meeting of February 25, 2015 included a question about the construction of the Palace of His Imperial Majesty Nicholas Kirillovich Third domain Constantinople (Montenegro), as well as much more.
As the reporter Michael Bakov told, in early February, he visited Montenegro in order to carry out topographic mapping of the area where they plan to build the future palace.
As well as in Russia, it’s winter in Montenegro, so the shooting took place in difficult conditions of snow, wind and cold.
Especially the process was complicated because of the fact that the relief of the hill on which the survey was conducted, heterogeneous, and crevices in the limestone covered with a thin layer of snow, which is easy to get sucked under, get stuck and break something.
However, nothing happened, and eventually it was captured more than 600 pickets (geodetic survey measure).
In addition, during the time spent on the mountain it had been cut more than 1,000 square meters of forest and cleared the area for the construction of buildings in the future palace complex.
The speaker also noted that the meeting of the Government adopted a resolution, according to which a set of measures to ensure the construction of the palace complex is necessary to continue.
Members of the Government have decided that it is necessary to regularly monitor the progress of construction of the palace.
