The school where Shakespeare has studied will be open for tourists
The King Edward VI school will be open for visitors after 2,3 million dollars refurbishment.
At the present the school is not just open, its is working as any other educational institution. Its director claimed that school administration was not going to make a museum. They will just welcome any visitor into the building where the most famous English play-writer William Shakespeare has studied language and sciences.
The Guardian informs that lessons will be held according to the previous timetable and visits of the guests will not influence the academic process.
It was decided that everybody could come in the classrooms after 11 am starting from this weekend not to interrupt the learning process in these classrooms.
We will point that in this school Shakespeare has studied the Latin and the Greek. When the writer has studied there the school already had good reputation and was very popular. It was build approximately in 1420s this fact makes it a valued historical side.
The opening of the school was made as a part of 400th anniversary of the William Shakespeare’s death.
